About Ryan
Hey do you know where Namibia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines or Weyauwega, WI is? I do, and I have tutored and taught at schools in each of them. My teaching career started humbly as a geometry peer tutor while growing up on a dairy farm in central Wisconsin. After high school I was trained by one of the best education schools in the nation at the Univeristy of Wisconsin-Madison. Secondary education social studies is the discipline I was licensed in, with a focus on history. After college I decided to see the world and try to improve it through education. I taught in California, served in the Peace Corps, mentored at-risk youth in Milwaukee and most recently was a science and English teacher in Namibia. I have engaged and educated students of all ages and ability levels in a diverse array of disciplines. Experience, innovation and the ability to adapt to any learning task are my strengths.
