Note that I only accept sessions that are scheduled at least 1 day in advance. I've been an international school teacher in England, Taiwan, Beijing and Singapore teaching IB Chemistry and MYP Science. As a result of teaching in international schools, I am used to working with students of various abilities and language levels. My students have commented that I'm caring, patient and great at communicating the difficult aspects of chemistry clearly. As much of chemistry requires visualisation to understand, I like to use graphics, animations and simulations to help students struggling with the somewhat abstract nature of some chemistry content. If you're preparing for a standardized test, we can go through past exam questions as they are one of the more effective strategies to improve grades. I can also help you understand how to choose good lab investigation topics that score high on the rubrics and improve the quality of your lab reports.
