About Jessica
Hello! My name is Jessica and I am a highly qualified math and special education teacher. I received my Bachelor's of Science in Education from The University of Alabama. I have taught math in the classroom for the past 4 years and been a special education case manager for the past year. I have tutored students and helped families who have students with different learning needs navigate special education for about 10 years now.
My other passion is preparing high school students for the ACT. In Texas, I grew my juniors an average of 4 points on the math portion of the ACT. I believe that good preparation is a combination of skills and content. I enjoy teaching students strategies in order to help them feel more confident on test day.
I can't wait to start our tutoring relationship and help you be successful and gain more confidece!
