I am happy to adapt my teaching style to fit the needs of the child. I believe in instilling a growth mindset in order to ensure that children believe they can achieve - "All things are difficult until they are easy."
I also think it is important to celebrate the achievements children make along the way no matter how big or small, I want children to feel proud of what they have achieved and use this as motivation to go further.
