I genuinely love engaging others in learning. This past school year I had the pleasure (and challenge) of engaging 130+ learner types, teaching high school chemistry and physics. I met students all across the spectrum (combination of visual, auditory, hands-on, logical, etc.), and I enjoyed finding activities to keep them interested and learning.
M.A. Secondary Education, UNM, 2019.
My New Mexico teaching license includes an endorsement in math. This endorsement was awarded based on undergraduate courses: Engineering Calculus (I, II, II), Vector Analysis, ODEs, and Linear Algebra.
Aside from completing all the coursework for a degree in chemistry (B. Sc., UNM, 2018), I also worked in a nanomaterials lab for four years applying this knowledge.
