About Chelsea
Greetings,
I currently work as a K-8 Substitute Teacher, with experience working in a Special/Gifted educcation setting. My experience working in education includes service with AmeriCorps (the United States' version of the Peace Corps), and volunteering with the Posse Foundaiton.
Volunteering with the Posse Foundation allows me to work with high school seniors in crafting essays. I work with the students in honing and expressing their indvidual writing voices/opinions/points of view.
Working with other people and helping them reach the next chapter of their life story gets me up in the morning. This same philosophy keeps me engaged as an educator.
