About Andre
I grew up in the inner city of Chicago, IL and decided in high school that I had a passion to teach mathematics. Math became fun to me and I have always been amazed at how much math is integrated into our lives yet so many inner city kids do not realize it's importance until it is too late! Before becoming a teacher I spent over 20 years in the military and a brief time as a police officer. While in the military, I was an instructor and have a singular passion to pass on my knowledge to others and have them use it to accomplish things greater than I could have done! In all my experience, I have used mathematics in every single job I have done, and it has set me apart from others with my understanding. I also have a huge passion for historical facts. I also gaurantee you that if I do not know the answer, I will certainly find it and will not rest until I do!
