I have developed strong analytical skills during my academic studies at Paine College where I obtained my BA in English with a minor in Psychology as well as during my matriculation at Cambridge College where I completed my Master’s degree in Special Education Teacher of Students with Moderate Disabilities and Specialist in Educational Leadership. I am currently working on my Ed.D in Leadership and Management through St. Thomas University. In addition, a strong background in Community Empowerment enables me to work with the public effectively.
Throughout my career, I have been known as a quick learner, self-starter, and dedicated worker. I have demonstrated my ability to handle a variety of tasks effectively and deliver on deadlines. I have been the Department Chair for Special Education since 2013, where I have used my leadership skills to build, maintain and increase the academic growth of the students receiving high school diplomas.
